BGNL8993.zip

Bijgevoegd zip-bestand bevat een shapefile-bestand met een vlakkenkaart van het bodemgebruik van Nederland in de jaren 1989 en 1993, geproduceerd door het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS) (Statistics Netherlands). 

In verband met een methode-wijziging rond het jaar 2000 is deze bodemstatistiek BEPERKT VERGELIJKBAAR met de bodemgebruiksstatistiek zoals die is vastgelegd in het Bestand Bodemgebruik edities 1996 (herzien) t/m 2017. Meerjarenanalyses tussen beide datasets wordt nadrukkelijk AFGERADEN. Bij de methode-wijziging zijn zowel de nummering als de inhoudelijke afbakening van de gehanteerde bodemgebruikscategorieën aangepast.

De productbeschrijving bij het Bestand Bodemgebruik 2017 (opgenomen in BGNL8993.zip) bevat een bijlage waarin (uitgaande van de nieuwe nummering) per categorie de belangrijkste inhoudelijke verschillen worden toegelicht. BGNL8993.zip bevat daarnaast ook een excelbestand (Codelijst1993.xls) met een beschrijving van de classificatie die is toegepast bij de productie van BGNL8993.shp.

This zip-file contains a polygon shapefile representing the land use of The Netherlands in the years 1989 and 1993. This land use map is a statistical product of Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS) (Statistics Netherlands). 

Due to process redesign and a change of method around the year 2000 this 1989 and 1993 map has RESTRICTED COMPARABILITY to the later land use maps of the Bestand Bodemgebruik (editions 1996 (revised)-2017). Multi-year analysis between both sets of maps is therefor DISRECOMMENDED. The change of method comprised of changes to the scope and to the content of the land use categories as well as of a renumbering of those categories.

The product description of the Bestand Bodemgebruik 2017 (included in BGNL8993.zip) contains an appendix which lists the main changes per category (listed by the new numbering). BGNL8993.zip also contains an excel file (Codelijst1993.xls) that specifies the classification and the numbering used for the 1989 and 1993 map data in BGNL8993.shp.
